Territory Sales Manager

MS Electronics, a growing company specializing in manufacturing and sales of high end speaker systems for residential and commercial use, is looking for an ideal candidate to join our commercial sales team.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, able to identify growth opportunities with new customers, while expanding sales with existing customers in their territory. The ideal candidate will be a customer obsessed team-player with the ability to focus on the goals of the group as well as personal work goals. Good and on-time attendance is required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining relationships with manufacturing representatives in assigned territory
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals in assigned territory
  • Following up on leads received, and generating leads for new customers
  • Work closely with engineering department to communicate customer needs for both existing and new products
  • Work with marketing department to ensure customers have necessary materials for product promotion
  • Visiting customers at least annually, reviewing product lines and training them on new products
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Required attributes and skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Audio expertise a plus
  • At least 50% travel required
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs a plus
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Excel
