Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new market opportunities and drive growth for audio products.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and sales, to align product offerings with market demands and customer needs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on expanding the brand’s footprint in new and existing markets.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to the product development team to ensure market-driven innovations and improvements.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and train junior business development staff and sales teams on best practices and industry trends.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of audio technology and product offerings
  • Experience with sales CRM tools, market research, and reporting software
  • Ability to translate technical product knowledge into clear business opportunities
