Sales Engineer, Full-Time

In this role, you’ll work directly with our sales managers to provide tailored audio solutions to our partners, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across departments to meet evolving market needs. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing product expertise and technical support during the sales process.
• Collaborate with integrators and consultants to understand their audio needs and offer tailored product recommendations.
• Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to end-users, partners, and consultants.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
• Support post-sales technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and installations.
• Communicate with vendors and certification agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development of sales tools, product documentation, and training materials.

Key Technical Skills:

• Experience with Solidworks or similar parametric modeling software is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of audio equipment design and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with AFMG or Audiomatica software is a plus
• Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required attributes and skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field) preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in a sales engineering or customer-facing technical role is a plus
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, demos, and trade shows
